Please read the following policy carefully before returning any product.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your QIDI 3D printer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.

📦 1. 14-Day No-Reason Return

You can return the items you ordered from QIDI Web Store within 14 days of receiving them. All returns will be inspected upon receipt.

⚠️ 2. 14-Day Defective or Malfunctioning Product Return

Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or any functionality issues, you may request a return.

🚚 3. 14-Day Transit Damage Retur

Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, you may request a return.
Please provide proof of damage (showing the logistics bill, unopened box, and damage after unpacking).

Note: If you return a product based on a reported issue, the product will be inspected before refund processing.
If no issue is found after testing, QIDI will charge a shipping fee for each returned item, which will be deducted from the refund.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all parts and accessories received.
All return requests must be submitted via our after-sales support email.
Packages must be returned to the address specified by QIDI; otherwise, you may be responsible for any loss of the returned product.
Returns not confirmed and monitored by customer support may be lost.

Your return request email must include:

  • Original invoice number or order number
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Reason for return, along with clear evidence (e.g., photos, videos, log files)

After receiving the return request, our after-sales support team will evaluate eligibility and provide relevant solutions.

Shipping options:
If you choose to return the product on your own, you must provide us with a tracking number.
We recommend keeping your tracking information, as QIDI is not responsible for carrier-lost packages.

To prevent shipping damage, all returned items must be placed in the original box and packaging materials. Please reuse the box and packaging you received.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, we may provide a partial refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return Address

We have multiple return warehouses in the EU, US, UK, Canada, and Germany.
Do not return any product without first contacting our after-sales support team to obtain the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be lost or refused, and you may bear the loss.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, we will process your refund within 14 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

  • PayPal refunds: up to 48 hours
  • Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days (dependent on your card issuer)

Shipping costs:

  • If the return is caused by logistics damage, product defects, wrong item, or any seller fault → QIDI bears shipping cost
  • Otherwise → Buyer bears shipping cost

Special Considerations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or not what you ordered, please return it within the applicable return period, and we will arrange a replacement.
If a performance issue occurs after the return period but within the effective warranty period, you may apply for warranty service.

Product Accessories and Packaging

All returns must include all accessories and original packaging. If not, we may deny the return.

Purchases from an Authorized Reseller

The return policy for purchases made from a reseller is subject to that reseller’s return policy. Please contact the reseller directly.

Order Cancellation

We process and ship orders efficiently. If you need to cancel an order after placement:

  • You may cancel within 3 hours of placing the order by contacting our Order Support team.
  • After 3 hours:
    • In-stock items may have entered internal processing and may no longer be cancellable.
    • Pre-sale items – please contact Order Support(Alex@qd3dprinter.com) for assistance.
  • If cancellation is requested before shipment and within the website-specified cancellation window, the order can be canceled.
  • If it is too late to cancel, please refer to our return process above.
