We have warehouses in USA, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia. If you are from one of these countries, we will ship Qidi 3D printers from your local warehouse, free shipping, no customs duties. If you are not in one of these countries, we will ship Qidi 3D printer to you from China, when you at checkout, you will see the international shipping costs.

For orders shipped from overseas warehouses, shipping time is generally 1- 3 days; for orders shipped from China, shipping time is generally 5-10 days.

If you want to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can help you to change your delivery address. Please note that shipping address cannot be changed if the order has been shipped.

When we ship your order, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and carrier will be automatically sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.

When you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours. If neither confirmation nor cancellation request received from your side, we assume that you have confirmed the order and will ship your order. Orders that have already shipped will not accept cancellations.
