Return & Refund Policy

Please read the following contents before returning the goods:

We are happy to accept your request for return service in any of the following circumstances:

1.QIDI accepts no-reason returns for QIDI 3D printers within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a 30-day no-reason return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened and unused, with complete warehouse labels and logistics labels, and in its original packaging.


2.Within 30 calendar days of receiving a product which has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or any functionality issues.


3.Within 15 calendar days of receiving a product which has sustained substantial damage in transit. Customers need to provide QIDI with proof of damage from the carrier or provide QIDI with a complete unboxing video(the video needs to show the logistics bill, the box is in an unopened state, and the damage after unpacking).


If you return a product based on a reported issue, the product will be inspected before the refund is processed. If no issue is found after testing, QIDI will charge the shipping fee for each returned item. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Return Process

1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging along with all parts and accessories received. Any warranty case must be submitted by contacting our after-sales support email. Please note that all return requests must first be submitted to our after-sales support email, and the package must be returned to the address we specify, otherwise you may be responsible for the loss of the returned product. Any return that is not confirmed and monitored by customer support may be lost. The email must contain:


The original invoice number or order number of the order you want to return. And the product serial number (if applicable);

A brief description of the reason for the return, such as the product problem and clear evidence of its existence (for example, photos or videos, and related log files). 

2.After receiving the return request, the after-sales support team will evaluate whether it is eligible for return and provide relevant solutions.
Notes on shipping options: If you decide to return the product yourself, please provide us with the tracking number. We recommend that you keep your tracking information because we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.


3.To prevent any damage during shipping, all returned items must be placed in the original box and packaging materials. Please reuse the box and packaging materials you received the item in.

 

4.Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return. Please keep in touch with us and check your email from time to time to ensure that we receive the return. If the returned item is used, damaged or missing any parts, we may provide a partial refund to compensate for the loss of the item's value.

 

Return Address

We have multiple return warehouses in the EU. If you need to return a product, please contact the after-sales support team or the order support team to obtain the exact logistics address. It is forbidden to return the product privately without contacting and registering. Otherwise, there is a risk of loss even if the warehouse signs for it, and you may be responsible for the loss of the returned product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 working days, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.

Credit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account. This delay is entirely up to your credit card company and any intermediaries.

If the return is caused by logistics damage, product problems, wrong goods, and any seller’s fault, Qidi Tech will bear the shipping cost, otherwise Buyer bears the shipping cost.

Special Considerations

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return period and we’ll arrange for a replacement. If a product has a performance failure after the return period but during the effective warranty, you can apply for our product warranty service.

 

Product accessories and packaging

Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may deny the return.

 

Purchases from an authorized reseller of QIDI

The return policy for purchases made from a reseller’s website is subject to the reseller’s return policy. Please reach out to the reseller for more information.

 

Order Cancellation

We strive to process and deliver your orders in an efficient and timely manner. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please follow the steps below:

You can cancel your order within three hours of placing it. Please be sure to contact our order support team within 3 hours.

If your order has exceeded the three-hour window,

  1. In-stock items may have already undergone internal processing and may no longer be cancellable.
  2. For pre-sale items, if you have any other considerations or requirements regarding order cancellation before shipment and wish to contact our Order Support team.We will do our best to assist you.
  3. If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order before the shipment time and within the time specified on the website for initiating the cancellation of the order, the order can be canceled.
